Milled wood has natural imperfections. Our manufacturer guarantees our structures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date received by the customer. 100% of the labor will be covered for the first 1 Year. Labor is not included for the remaining 9 years and will be the responsibility of the customer. Warranties are non-transferable. It is the nature of wood to have small cracks, knots, and splinters. These conditions are not considered defects. Pleasant Run Structures Inc. reserves the right to examine photographs or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective prior to the disposition of warranty claims. No warranties are issued due to but not limited to abuse, improper installations, vandalism, acts of God, or unauthorized alterations.

Errors and Omissions for Kits

We guarantee your satisfaction. We understand that it is often difficult for us to immediately rectify a perceived error or omission on the job site. In such case, we will complete the job in an “asap” basis. We value our reputation and will work hard to correct any issues that may develop.

Warranty claims may require a picture to be sent to Pleasant Run Structures so that we can review your concern and correct it properly.
