Pleasant Run Structures Shed Delivery Process
What to expect when waiting for your shed, pool cabana delivery
- You will receive a call from our scheduling department confirming that your pad site is or will be ready. At the time of ordering, you will be given an estimated time of delivery. If you are not sure as to when you will be ready to take delivery you need to have your sales rep put your order on “Will Call”
- We will work around your schedule as best as we can. We use our own delivery service, not a separate freight company such as our competitors. We will set up a tentative delivery date once we have received your shed or pool cabana.
- You will receive a call the night before your delivery date. We will discuss best travel routes and give you an estimated time of arrival.
- Once our shed delivery/installation crew reaches your destination, he will ask for the location of the foundation site. Please review your terms and conditions of sale to avoid any additional charges.
